The move advances CHL's strategic expansion into robotics and broadens the company's capacity to deliver integrated automation solutions to manufacturers in the food processing and material handling sectors.
JAM Works, known for its engineering depth and track record in turnkey robotic system integration, will continue to operate under its own brand and existing leadership. The acquisition combines CHL's established customer relationships and market presence with JAM Works' robotics expertise and fabrication capabilities, enabling integrated automation across complete processing lines.
